Do you do ship to ______?
How soon will I get my stuff?
I’m having problems with PayPal. Why?
Do you do custom orders?
How do I wash this thing?
What’s my size?
Where do you guys get all this stuff?
I’m concerned about my privacy.
Yes! We ship to all sorts of places! We regularly send many packages to several European and Asian countries; most likely yours. Just load your cart with goodies and check out as normal. If you do not see your country in the pull-down list, contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Since everything you see on this site is made in small runs, our inventory is always in flux. If we run out of inventory on something, it will display as “made to order only” and may incur a slightly longer production time for your order to be fulfilled. We will send your order as promptly as possible.
The below times are estimates only, but they should give you a better idea of how long your package should take to arrive from the date of shipment.
Domestic
Priority Mail: 1 — 5 days (depending on how far you are from Oakland, CA)
Express Mail: overnight to most areas
International
Priority Mail: 6 — 10 days
Express Mail: 3 — 5 days
Sometimes, for any number of various reasons, PayPal decides that they don’t want to accept your credit card. If this happens, you can always call us and we will happily process your order over the phone. Our normal business hours are 12 noon — 7pm Pacific Time; Monday thru Friday. If you see us online outside of those hours, feel free to send us an instant message and we will let you know if we can process your order then.
If you are really curious about PayPal’s complex security system, please read on…
If you have received the error message, “The credit card you entered cannot be used for this payment,” it is possible that your credit card(s) might have been flagged for one or more of several reasons. After a long phone call to PayPal about this issue, they informed us that this could be attributed to any number of possible reasons:
The email address and/or the credit card number may have been flagged for any reason. For this, I have found no other solution other than to try another card and email address, otherwise they may both be flagged as well.
The credit card number which may or may not be associated with a particular email address has been used beyond a specified number of times without logging into PayPal. One possible solution is to log into PayPal and authorize the card to be used without having to log in.
The issuing bank may be blocking transactions to online merchants and/or PayPal specifically. To verify this and possibly have your card unblocked, you will have to call your credit card issuer and ask them if you are allowed to use your card on PayPal.
Your billing address, telephone number, email or other important information does not match what your bank has on file. You will have to enter this information exactly as it appears on your statement in order for the card to be accepted.
We are currently working towards migrating away from PayPal as a credit card processor. Unfortunately, this is a long and complicated process. Keep an eye on our journal, or sign up for our newsletter to be informed when this migration is complete.
At this time, our custom commission queue is closed. We are anticipating being able to open back up for custom work in the fall of 2010. We will be making an announcement about when we will start taking custom work on our newsletter, Facebook page and Journal.
When contacting us about custom commissions we will need to get some information from you about the specifics of what you are looking for, and then we will get back to you with a price quote and time estimate.
Our quote will be good for 30 days — after that you’ll need to enquire again. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the custom fee is required for work to begin. Balance is due upon completion. In the event that the balance is not received within 30 days of completion, the item will be put up for sale to the general public.
Custom jammies:
We can do just about anything — from making our current characters in different colors to creating new critters, or completely unique characters. We can also offer special sizes like Small for our shorter clients and our roomy Extra Medium for those who require a little extra room without the additional height of our standard Large size.
It is possible for us to create a unique version of our jammies based on your character (we will need a character reference). Pattern drafting will incur an additional charge depending on complexity and how much redrafting is needed. All of our jammies are based on our basic jammies style — we are not in the business of doing fitted jammies.
Please understand that when we say “your character” we mean a character whose rights you own. We absolutely will not violate the copyright or trademark rights of other creators. Thank you for your understanding.
Custom Kitten Costume:
We offer a kittygirl costume in any of our in-stock furs (we can also source other furs for an additional charge). Pieces include clip-on kitty ears, tail, furry legwarmers, and kitten mittens or wristiecuffs. Please contact us for a quote.
If you're interested in a custom quote, contact us. We’d love to hear from you!
Fleece can be washed by machine — low temperature water is best. Turn it inside out first, if possible. Allow to air dry (it won’t take long.)
Faux fur should first be shaken out, then can be machine or handwashed in cold water, and air dried. Using any heat with faux fur will cause it to matt up permanently, so stick to cold! Once it’s dry you can shake it out to fluff it up.
Squeakies should be squeezed immediately after washing to get the extra water out of them. Point the tip down and squeeze several times.
Tails can be machine washed but they should be hang dried or dried in front of a fan — better yet, spot clean them instead of immersing in water.
So to sum it up, you can’t go wrong with cold water and air drying!
Jammies are designed to be oversized and loose-fitting. The medium will fit most people from 5' to 5'10" and they measure around 54" at the waist. The large will fit up to 6'6" in height and measure 60" at the waist. For people who are more round than they are tall, the extra width will absorb some of the height. We also have an extra medium size that is the same height as the medium, but a roomy 66" at the waist.
Our fleece hats come in two sizes: Small is 22" around the band, Large is 24" around the band. Both sizes stretch a few inches. We can do custom sizing, so contact us if you need anything special.
Furry hoodie hats are all one size and fit most everyone, but if you need a bigger size, let us know.
We design and create everything you see on this site! All of our designs are our original creations and are copyrighted. You can read more about our process on our About Us page.
That’s not really a question.
We’re good little bunnies who would never share your contact info with anyone! (Unless, of course, they were brandishing a warrant.) Our site uses 128 bit encryption for all account-based activities and we use PayPal for our online payment processor whose security is actually one of the best around.
We don't spam, but we will occasionally send out a newsletter only to those who signed up to receive them. If you would like to be added to our informational email list, please subscribe to the newsletter.
