clothing & accessories
made with love in oakland, ca

Ok, so I bought these for Halloween last year. I was "Flappums, the awkwardly happy bat". It was sort of a high context costume. . . think flying rodent with a touch of Rainman.
Anyway, I'll leave it to other folks to describe the more obvious soft fuzzy feature filled goodness these guys are, but want to pass along yet another cool feature:
I used these for a camping trip. They were great. Easy to slip on and off. Warm. comfie. Easy to step out of the tent in the middle of the night to pee thanks to the lower zipper (note: I'm a guy - ladies, your mileage and/or spillage may vary). But the best part was the jammies made an awesome laundry bag for bringing back my very dirty clothing. And since it is easy to wash I wasn't too worried about the stuffing it full of the sort of dirty laundry one can produce only via camping (or other less fun forms of homelessness).

OMG!! I just got mine in the mail today, was so excited, pulled em out of the box, and hopped in 'em, and ran around my dormatory...lots of people are jealous of my racoon PJ's. They are very comfortable, and made with excelent quality. I'm 6'3 40-inch waist and these are pretty big on me, in both legs and waist. I am very excited to sleep in them, but they are really warm for the summer :x

I went away for the weekend and come home to find my bat jammies! The quality is awesome, they're so thick and snuggly, but not so much so that they're too heavy. I took a pic in them and sent it to my hubby (since he's in the army I don't see him a lot yet.) and he was thrilled, he says it's his favorite picture of me. He also can't wait to cuddle in my wings. :)
