bunnywarez :: shipping & returns

We’re currently offering two levels of shipping — overnight mail, for when you need it quickly, and priority mail for everything else. We’ve had some unfortunate experiences with the first class mail talking a long time, and on a couple of occasions packages have been lost completely. Not cool! So we’ve decided to send everything by the faster and more reliable priority mail. It costs a bit more but the service is much better. What this means is that shipping on items of up to a pound is the same charge.

We ship weekdays, and most items will be shipped out within a few days of the order being placed. If you are really in a rush, contact us and we can give you a better idea of how soon you will have your package.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your bunnywarez, and if something is not right we want to hear about it!

Returns are permitted within 30 days on unworn items only. You may make an exchange at no extra charge or return an item (if you just changed your mind) for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and a restocking fee of $5 per item.
